Account and Data Deletion

Required for App Store compliance - GDPR / LGPD

Elite Play respects your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@eliteplay.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your Elite Play account.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All video highlights associated with your account
  • Usage history and preferences
  • Any communications stored in our system

What may be retained

We may retain certain data if required by applicable law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes — as described in our Privacy Policy.
