Elite Play provides technology to capture and generate sports replays and audiovisual moments at partner venues equipped with the Elite Play system.

2. Acceptance

By using the platform, users acknowledge they have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

3. User account

Some features require account creation. Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under their account.

4. Acceptable use

Users must use the platform lawfully and may not:

• perform illegal or fraudulent actions
• interfere with platform operation
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

5. Sports audiovisual content

The platform may capture or process videos and images of sports activities in equipped venues. Generated clips may be viewed, downloaded, and shared through available features.

6. Intellectual property

Software, design, brand assets, and other platform elements are protected by intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Elite Play does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for indirect losses, technical interruptions, or misuse of shared content by third parties, to the extent allowed by law.
